What does fixed price mean?
A fixed price is the price for a written scope. Inside that scope, the price does not change.
- 01You read and sign the scope firstFor a Small Job, a Speed Fix, a Health Check and a Small Pilot, we write the scope after a free 30-minute first call. For Medium and Large jobs you can do an Operations Review to write it. The Review is optional. You change and sign the scope before your first payment.

- 03Extra work has its own quoteIf you want extra work, we write a separate quote. You sign it before we start.
- 04If we find a mismatch, we stop and tell youFor example, your software has no way to connect. You decide the next step.

We take on individuals too: founders with an idea, freelancers and independent professionals. Same process, same written scope and fixed price. Most start with a Small Job at 8M VND or an Operations Review at 5M VND.
How payment works

Two payments. A Review and a Health Check fee comes off the next step if you sign within 30 days.
Small Job
Three payments. Free bug fixes for 90 days on the work done.
Automation Pilot · Fix Package · Custom Software · AI assistants
The code is handed over at acceptance. The last 10% is due after 30 stable days and a measured-results report. Custom Software is paid phase by phase.
Monthly support
Paid at the start of each month. No minimum term.
Each stage has 5 business days for review. We send a reminder on day 3. After 5 business days with no reply, the stage counts as accepted. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Questions about pricing
What if my job is bigger than the package?
We tell you the size and the price before your first payment. There are three sizes. Small is 18M VND. Medium is about 25M to 40M VND. Large is split into phases, each from 35M VND. Large is not a higher price for the same job. It is a way to split the work so you pay phase by phase. The size and price are in the written quote after the first call or after the Operations Review. You sign, then we start.
How are extras priced?
An extra is work outside the scope you signed. For example, one more app or one more approval level. We do not charge for it on our own. We write a separate quote. The quote lists the work, the price and the timing. You sign it, then we do the work. You can say no and keep the old scope. If you stop midway, you pay only for the stages that are done and that you accepted. On a Small Job, a third app is 3M VND. For small jobs on an existing system, the rate is 700,000 VND an hour, and we tell you the hours before we start.
Do I need an Operations Review first?
No. You do not need a Review before an Automation Pilot. For a Small Job, a Speed Fix, a Health Check and a Small Pilot, we write the scope after a free 30-minute first call. For Medium and Large jobs, a Review is the best way to write the scope. If you sign a Pilot, Fix Package or Custom Software within 30 days, the Review fee comes off.
What does the fixed price cover?
The price covers the written scope you signed. If we take longer than planned, you do not pay more. Prices exclude VAT and third-party software fees. Every build offer includes free bug fixes for 90 days on the work done.
How do I pay?
A Review, a Speed Fix and a Health Check are paid 50 · 50. A Small Job is paid 30 · 60 · 10. An Automation Pilot, a Fix Package and Custom Software are paid 30 · 30 · 30 · 10. Support is paid at the start of each month with no minimum term.
What do clients outside Vietnam pay?
Clients outside Vietnam pay in USD. Each price on this page has a USD price next to it. Payment details are set out in the contract.
Do you work with individuals?
Yes. We take on founders with an idea, freelancers and independent professionals, with the same process and the same price list. Most start with a Small Job at 8M VND or an Operations Review at 5M VND.
Working with international clients
Remote, in English, on Vietnam time
- Where and whenBased in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Monday to Friday, Vietnam time, UTC+7. That covers most of Singapore’s working day and Australian afternoons. We take calls with US clients from 15:00 to 23:00 Saigon time, GMT+7. While the US is on standard time, from November to March, that is about 3:00 to 11:00 ET and 0:00 to 8:00 PT. In US summer time, add one hour.
