Payment
Small Job: 30 · 60 · 10, so only 30% is paid before you see results. Pilot: 30% on signing, 30% at a demo on real data, 30% on acceptance and go-live, 10% with the results report. Source code and ownership are handed over at acceptance.
What we need from you
We need one person who owns the task, for 1 to 2 hours a week. We also need access to the tools involved, with a test account if possible, 2 to 4 weeks of sample data and one person to sign off.
How we’ll know it’s done
Illustrative example, not a client result. The target is agreed in writing before work starts. For example, a quote is produced from an order message in under 5 minutes for 90% of the test cases. We check it on 30 real cases in the final week, and the error handling is documented.

Zalo, email, Excel and Google Sheets, Haravan, MISA, KiotViet, and any tool with an API, automatic notifications or a reliable export. We do not connect directly into Shopee or TikTok Shop. We can still work behind the marketplaces, for example by bringing the order files you export from them into Haravan or MISA.

Do I need a Small Job or a Pilot?
Pick a Small Job for one simple task, such as copying orders from messages into Excel. Pick a Pilot when you want before and after numbers, or when the job has more steps, more apps or an approval level. We tell you which one on the first call. A job that goes past the Small Job limits moves to a Pilot.
Does it use AI?
Only where it beats a simple rule, such as reading documents or messy messages. Many steps are plain automation.
Which tools can you connect?
Any tool with an API, automatic notifications or a reliable export. We have shipped on Haravan. We tell you on the first call whether your chat channel or another platform can be connected.
What if the target is missed?
The target and how we measure it are signed before your first payment. On a Pilot, the acceptance payment is due only when the criteria are met. If we fall short on our side, we keep fixing at no extra cost. If the inputs or scope change, we agree a new scope with you in writing first.
What do I get after launch?
Free bug fixes for 90 days on the work done. A Pilot also includes before and after numbers, documents and a handover session. After that you can add Monthly Support from 3M VND a month, with no minimum term.
