Operations Review
Operations Review: map your manual work, get a fixed quote
An Operations Review costs 5M VND, about US$375, and takes 1–2 weeks. We map 1–3 tasks your team does by hand, estimate what they cost each month and send a fixed quote for the first project. It suits owners who know something is slow or manual but not what to fix first.
At a glance
- Included
- A map of 1–3 tasks your team does by hand, what they cost you each month, and a fixed quote for the first project.
- Not included
- We do not build anything at this step. Building is a separate project with its own quote. More than 3 tasks are quoted separately first.
- Timeline
- 1–2 weeks
- Price
- 5,000,000 VND · US$375, excl. VAT
- Next step
- The first call is free and takes 30 minutes. The fee comes off if you sign a Pilot, a Fix Package or Custom Software within 30 days. It does not come off a Small Job.
The problem
- You have several manual tasks and no clear idea which comes first.
- Past software quotes were vague, or the price kept growing.
- You want to know whether AI helps before you pay for it.
What you get
- A map of 1–3 manual tasks, exactly as your team does them today.
- Estimate of hours and cost lost per month, with every assumption written down.
- A recommendation for each: automate, connect tools, fix or leave alone.
- A fixed quote with a written scope for the first project.
- A 60-minute walkthrough with your team.
- Optional: a small working sample, kept apart from your live systems.

What we need from you
We need a decision maker at the first call and at the walkthrough. We also need the person who does the work today for an interview of 60 to 90 minutes, sample files such as Excel exports, quote templates or order screenshots, and view-only access where needed.
How we’ll know it’s done
The process map is reviewed with you. Every savings estimate shows its inputs. The quote lists scope, exclusions, timeline and agreed finish criteria. If nothing is worth building, we say so in writing.
Usual next step
An Automation Pilot, or the fixes after a System Health Check. A Review is optional before a Pilot.
Sample report
What the report contains This shows the structure only. It is an illustration, not a client result.
- How your team works today, step by step, with who does what.
- Where the time goes: manual steps and their estimated cost per month.
- What to automate first, what to fix, and what to leave alone.
- A fixed-price quote for the next step, with agreed finish criteria and exclusions.
- Risks, access needed, and what we did not check.
Questions
What does an Operations Review cost, and what do I get?
It costs 5M VND, about US$375, and takes 1–2 weeks. We map 1 to 3 tasks your team does by hand, estimate what they cost each month and send a fixed quote for the first project. You pay half on signing and half when we hand over the report. Prices exclude VAT.
Why pay for a Review?
A fixed price needs a clear scope. The Review writes that scope down: the steps, the time lost, the risks and a fixed quote. If you sign a Pilot, a Fix Package or Custom Software within 30 days, the fee comes off. It does not come off a Small Job.
Do I need a Review before a Small Job or a Pilot?
No. For a Small Job or a Small Pilot we write the scope after a free 30-minute call. A Review fits best when you have several tasks and do not know which comes first, or when the job looks Medium or Large.
What if we don’t continue?
You keep the process map, the estimate and the quote, and can use them with any vendor.
What if I have more than 3 tasks?
A Review maps 1 to 3 tasks. If you have more, we say so on the first call. We quote the extra tasks separately before we start.
Is the first call free?
Yes. It takes 30 minutes. It is a chance to see if we fit, not a sales pitch. If a tool you already have does the job, we say so.
What do you need from me?
Your team spends about 2 to 3 hours in total. We need a decision maker, the person who does the task and a few sample files. We sign an NDA before you share anything.
