Payment
Speed Fix and Health Check: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Fix Package: 30% on signing, 30% when half the fix list is done and re-measured on staging, 30% on production acceptance, 10% at the end. Free bug fixes for 90 days on the work done.
Monthly support
From 3,000,000 VND per month for 6 hours. 12 hours is 6,000,000 VND and 20 hours is 10,000,000 VND. In USD that is US$225, US$450 and US$750. Extra hours cost 700,000 VND or US$50 per hour. Paid at the start of each month, with no minimum term. The 12-hour and 20-hour plans commit to a first reply within 1 business day.
What we need from you
We need view-only access to code, the hosting or cloud console, logs and monitoring. We also need one technical contact and a list of known incidents.
How we’ll know it’s done
Every finding has evidence, such as a measurement, a log or a code reference, and a fix estimate. We record the “before” numbers before changing anything. A Speed Fix is agreed against one metric.

It is a review of 1 system, meaning 1 app or 1 website plus its server. It covers speed, stability, running cost and code risk. It costs 12M VND, about US$900, takes 1–2 weeks and ends in a fix list priced item by item.
What happens after the Health Check?
You get a priced fix list. The fixes are a Fix Package of 25M to 100M VND over 2 to 6 weeks. The Health Check fee comes off the Fix Package. You can also take the list to another vendor.
Will you rewrite everything?
Usually not. We rank fixes by impact and recommend a rewrite only when it is cheaper than fixing.
Do you need production access?
We start with view-only access, after an NDA. We ask for write access only for agreed fixes.
Can you work on code another team wrote?
Yes. Most of this work is on code we did not write.
