Price
Each phase has a fixed price, signed before it starts. From 35,000,000 VND per phase · US$2,625 per phase, excl. VAT. An Operations Review comes first only if the job is big or unclear.
Payment
Each phase is paid 30% on signing, 30% on mid-phase sign-off, 30% on final acceptance and 10% at the end. A project is split into phases, each on the same split. The code lives in your repository from day one.
What we need from you
We need a product owner who can decide, a weekly 30-minute review, and your content, brand assets and accounts such as domain, cloud and app stores.
How we’ll know it’s done
Each phase has written finish criteria and a demo. You sign off before the next phase starts. If you stop midway, you pay only for the phases that are done and accepted.

How much does custom software cost?

Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one. At handover you get the code and full ownership.
Fixed price or hourly?
Fixed per phase. Changes are quoted before any work starts. You sign the quote first, then we do the work.
What if I stop halfway?
You pay only for the phases that are done and that you accepted.
Do I need an Operations Review first?
No. You can start with a free 30-minute call and a written first phase. A Review helps when the job is big or unclear. If you sign Custom Software within 30 days, the Review fee comes off.
Who works on it?
Our Founder and Solution Architect lead it, and our senior engineers build it. You talk to the person who builds. We do not subcontract without your consent.
Can you take over a prototype or a stalled project?
Yes. We read what exists first and tell you what we would keep. Many projects start as an AI-built prototype or an agency project that stalled.
