We reply within one business day. Monthly Support plans of 12 and 20 hours write the same commitment into the contract.

Paid in stages
Review, Speed Fix and Health Check are paid 50 · 50. A Small Job is 30 · 60 · 10. A Pilot, a Fix Package and Custom Software are 30 · 30 · 30 · 10.

Your code, your IP
The code lives in a repository in your name from day one. At handover, you get the code and full ownership of it.

NDA before access
We sign an NDA before any access, start view-only and follow Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law. A data processing agreement is available.

Handover and warranty
Documentation and a handover session with every delivery, then 90 days of free bug fixes on what we built.
