Which service should I start with?
If you are not sure which job is worth doing first, start with the Operations Review at 5M VND. If you already know the job, go straight to a Small Job at 8M VND or a Website Speed Fix at 6M VND. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes. We tell you which one fits.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT and third-party software fees. USD prices are shown next to each VND price.
What does fixed price mean?
It is the price for a scope you have read and signed. If we take longer than planned, you pay no more. Extra work gets its own quote, signed before we start.
What if my job is bigger than the package?
We tell you the size and the price before your first payment. An Automation Pilot has three sizes. Small is 18M VND. Medium is about 25M to 40M VND. Large is split into phases, each from 35M VND. Large is not a higher price for the same job. It is a way to pay phase by phase.
What if I stop halfway?
You pay only for the stages that are done and that you accepted. Work that has not started is not charged.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one. At handover you get the code and full ownership of it.
Do you use AI?
Only where it beats a simple rule, such as reading documents or messy messages. Many steps are plain automation.
