Two projects in development with partners. Each is described by what it does and how it is built.
A · Engineering delivery system
For engineering teams of 2–5 people. Tasks move through a 16-step state machine with multi-level approval. AI assistants may only propose changes as draft pull requests, and people approve. The stack is a Next.js console, a Python API, Postgres with pgvector, Docker, and monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus and Tempo. k6 load tests come with a written performance report, measured on a test machine and not on production. It is developed over the long term with an engineering partner and used in our own delivery process. In active development.
B · Multi-tenant commerce platform
For small and mid-sized Vietnamese businesses across industrial B2B, retail, fresh produce and clinics. It has a storefront and console, orders, customer email, VAT invoices with continuous numbering, and an e-invoice gateway that is still mocked. Data is separated per tenant at the database layer with Postgres row-level security, plus queues and Terraform. AI helps with search, and is never allowed to set prices. In development.

Are they released?
No. Both are in development. The delivery system is also used in our own delivery process. The e-invoice gateway in the commerce platform is still mocked.
